Pankaj Kochhar
The company was founded by Mr. Pankaj Kochhar, whose entrepreneurial journey reflects resilience, conviction and an unwavering belief in creating value through manufacturing. Before entering the business world, he served with distinction in the Central Excise and Service Tax Department, where he rose to the position of Senior Inspector.
Rather than viewing voluntary retirement as the end of his professional career, he saw it as an opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up. Driven by curiosity about life beyond government service and a desire to create employment and contribute to India's manufacturing sector, he took the bold decision to opt for Voluntary Retirement (VRS) and, in 2008, established a modest wire manufacturing unit with limited resources but an ambitious vision.
Under his leadership, the business has evolved into a rapidly growing electrical manufacturing company recognized for quality, integrity and continuous innovation. His disciplined administrative background, coupled with his entrepreneurial mindset, continues to shape the company's culture of compliance, financial prudence and customer commitment.
Tushar Kochhar
Leading the company’s strategic growth initiatives, Mr. Tushar Kochhar represents the second generation of the promoter family. A legal professional by qualification, he built his early career in legal practice before joining the family business during the challenging period of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020–2021.
Bringing expertise in legal advisory, commercial negotiations, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and strategic planning, he has played a pivotal role in professionalizing the organization — driving business transformation through process optimization, organizational restructuring, digital adoption, product diversification and branding. He has also been instrumental in shaping the company's vision for integrated manufacturing, institutional financing and sustainable value creation.
Vipin Agarwal
One of the most experienced professionals in India’s electrical industry, Mr. Agarwal has held senior leadership positions with several of the country’s most respected electrical companies, including Crompton Greaves, Havells, IndoAsian and Gupta Power. Prior to joining Harey Krishna Cables he served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Gupta Power until 2023, and earlier as General Manager – Sales & Marketing at IndoAsian, where he developed extensive national sales networks.
His understanding of the Indian electrical market, channel development, distribution strategy, institutional business and customer engagement significantly enhances the company’s ability to expand its market presence across distributors, EPC contractors, utilities and industrial customers.
Vishnu Sharma
Mr. Sharma has been associated with the organization since 2011 and has been an integral part of its growth journey for well over a decade. His deep understanding of financial systems, cost structures, working capital management, statutory compliance, banking relationships and internal controls has contributed significantly to maintaining financial discipline during periods of rapid expansion.
