Overview

Where every coil of Rhein wire is made

Rhein is manufactured by Harey Krishna Cables Pvt. Ltd. at its dedicated Unit 2 facility in the Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad — a single, vertically-run plant where copper rod, PVC compound and finished coil all move under one roof.

The facility runs wire drawing, insulation extrusion, stranding and bunching, and in-house electrical testing side by side, so a reel that leaves the loading bay has been drawn, insulated and quality-checked without ever leaving the building.

From copper rod to finished coil

A walk-through of the plant in the order material actually moves — drawing, insulation, stranding, testing, packing and dispatch.

Wire Drawing

Copper rod is drawn down through progressive dies into fine, bright conductor, then wound onto steel and wooden bobbins for the next stage.

Insulation Extrusion

Conductors pass through extrusion lines where PVC compound is applied under closely monitored temperature and line-speed controls.

Compounding & Dosing

Colour and compound dosing is metered and logged at each station, keeping insulation thickness and colour consistent coil to coil.

Stranding & Bunching

Fine conductors are stranded and bunched on dedicated machines across the main bay, building the flexible cores used in house wiring.

Coiling & Sorting

Finished wire is coiled by colour and gauge and racked in the sorting bay, ready to be counted off against dispatch slips.

Packing

Coils are boxed under the Rhein and Aral Gold lines, sealed and colour-tagged by batch before moving to the finished-goods warehouse.

Finished Goods Storage

Sealed cartons are palletised and stored by brand and gauge in the finished-goods warehouse, ahead of dispatch.

Dispatch Yard

Aisles are kept clear and batch-labelled, so orders can be picked, verified and loaded out with a full paper trail.
